This place is overpriced and the employees are rude and pushy. I went in with a package a few time and they always tell me I need more tape and try to sell it to me for $1 every three inches. They overcharged for stamps and $9 for 10 stamps. I cannot go in there without them hounding me to buy things I do not need.

I've been here maybe four times and have absolutely nothing to complain about. The service is always incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really know their stuff. I guess if I had to find a negative, it would be that the room is a bit small and can be crowded at times, but the kindness and friendliness of the staff make it an enjoyable place to be. This place is well run, well organized, and well maintained.

I’m not sure what the folks with 1 Star or giving bad reviews. Went in there today for a public notary. The woman there was more than helpful and found me the cheapest shipping rates. Great experience.

This place is horrible! My husband went in to ship a 2 oz bottle of vitamins back to the company and he was charged $18! They charge for a box and peanuts which is fine but they also charged him $5 to put it in the box! She never told him that he could avoid this charge if he packaged the item himself! I have always known that they were outrageously high on shipping but I will definitely never step foot back in this place! I don’t mind paying for goods and services but I never expected to be robbed by someone just to put a bottle in a box and tape it it up with tape and a box that I paid for! These people should be ashamed!
