“I am beyond happy with the turnout of my daughter's cake. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to bring my vision to life but they absolutely executed it. The baker that took my order was so polite and nice. She took down all the details and took a picture of my reference photo. She was very upfront about what she could and couldn't do. The cake came out better than I imagined and it tasted even better.”
“We've always had great service at this branch both at the drive through, the ATM (really not much customer service there), and in person. Today Miss Beth helped me pay off my mortgage and she couldn't have been more helpful! Through all the crazy caveats they are forced to read aloud to you about how people scam people with wire transfers, to experiencing glitches in her Internet that kept going up and down she was very patient and thorough. We have used their notary service also, which I don't recall what for but they were helpful and professional at that visit also. I was especially happy Miss Beth did not try to sell me on a money market product or discuss various options for our bank account.
