I went in there yesterday and Thank you I think Michael and Katie sorry if the names are wrong. They cleaned my phone and replaced my sims card. They were so professional and knowledgeable best service I've had since I've been customer for over 6 years!

Waited 20-25 minutes to be rung up for a phone charger, only one customer in front of me that they were talking with at the only working register. Good customer service would have been to have the customer they were only talking with to move to the side with the unworking register to continue their discussion and ring me up on the working register. Nope, no such luck. I finally gave up and just left.

If I could they would get zero stars!!! They have the most incompetent employees I've ever had to deal with. I purchased a new phone on & within 2 weeks I had issues with it. I've been dealing with the same issue for 3 weeks now. Keep getting the run around. I made my 3rd trip back to the store and ask for the managers name and they proceed to tell me they don't have one. You got to be kidding me. The stupidity is unreal!!! Do not go to this store!!!!

I have called three days in a row to not only the 72 location but the other in Athens as well. Both never once answered the phone and when they did they put me on hold, only to hang up. Worst stores I've ever encountered with metro through four states.
