No disrespect to lowes, but do NOT buy a fence from them. The company they have contracted refuses to pick up the phone. And they’ve no showed not only on me, but my neighbor who also got a fence through lowes.

I visited today. There was no cashiers as usual. I said something to the lady monitoring the self checkout. She said she was just there to get a paycheck and to take it up with corporate. I don't get paid by Lowes to check my self out. This has been the case most times I've been in there. I guess I will take my money elsewhere since obviously you or your staff could care less!

Make yourself check out lines, stop asking stupid questions or hire enough employees to actually open your registers. If you're going to force me to check my own stuff out, don't ask me 15,000 questions no, I don't want to donate to anything. No I don't want to leave you a review. Stop asking me how you want my receipt. Just print it

A young lady called Paris, I believe, helped me get everything I needed. She was patient, kind, and informative. If I need home improvement goods anytime soon, I will be asking for her! Wonderful service.

Today I went to Athens Lowes looking for some pavers. I checked their app and they had double the amount I needed. I decided to make a run in between rainy times. I went to the garden center and found what I was looking for, but it was wrapped on a wooden pallet and on the fourth bay shelf up, about 15 ft. I waked outside the aisle and found a Lowe’s employee named Caleb. I asked him if we could get them down and he said it would be no problem. He worked the fork lift and placed the pallet down in the aisle. He then helped load what I needed on my platform cart, without me asking. As I was leaving I noticed he was looking for a spot to put the rest of the pavers out for others to buy. I’ve rarely gotten this type of customer service in a big box store. Hats off to Lowe’s for hiring guys like Caleb. He is top notch with customer care and friendly service.

I'll start by saying that Jennifer- the manager is amazing at her job and cares about people!! I came in to exchange something and was spoken to so extremely disrespectfully by the older woman at customer service. Another employee came up and she then proceeded to speak very badly about my son and myself. I quietly asked her to please discontinue what she was saying, when she then started hollering at me from across the entrance in front of all the customers walking in.. kids. By far the worst person I've ever encountered at this location!! Another manager from a considerable distance,who heard everything from afar, asked her to remain quiet, but of course she did not. Guess when you go its at your own risk. Not one I'll be taking anytime again.
