Hotel was clean and modern. Enjoyed how quiet it was. Room was well kept and clean. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast choices. Staff was friendly. When we asked for any service, it was prompt and friendly.

We checked in on Christmas for two rooms. Upon getting to our room i spotted what looked like a ladybug on the wall. Then I went to the window to open the curtains and found 10-20 on the window sill and more in the curtains. Then I noticed more in the lamp shades and near the heat vent. Both rooms had this same problem.

2nd time staying here on our way to Florida, always friendly staff, clean rooms, beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is always hot and delish!Rooms: Beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean and well appointed.Safety: Very safe!

Rooms: Very close to tons of restaurants. Very new hotel great staff Very clean rooms. Beds were a tad bit uncomfortable only because I stay in hotels maybe two to three weeks out of a month because of my work. Other then that great find well most definitely be booking there again if I'm in that part of the region.

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. I don't know if it was just the fact we were in a different part of the hotel or not, but this stay was not as conducive to a good nights sleep. Neithet of us thought the bed was very comfortable and the walls seemed super thin. I clearly heard what people in the hallway were saying and could hear the people next to us as well.

A month or 2 ago me and my friend had booked a room here and when we got there at around midnight we were unable to check in because we weren't 21 I would've understood if the front desk had said that it was hotel policy but instead of saying that it was hotel policy he had lied to us and said that it was state law when I was able to get checked into The Westin in Birmingham, AL the previous night

Very nice clean rooms! Great friendly staff! I would absolutely stay here again! Good hot complimentary breakfast of waffles, eggs, fruit, biscuits, sausage.

The dang pool wasn't heated. The sausages weren't cooked. You charge a premium rate but provide a subpar service.

Miranda checked us in on 2023-08-12. She was very pleasant and helpful.No complaints here, room was great and the breakfast the next morning was very good.

Stayed here for five nights. Nice hotel...on the surface. Scratch that surface just a little and you will discover some glaring deficiencies. Fitness room is way too small and the only two treadmills were both broken as was the water dispenser. Coffee bar ridiculously inadequate in that it was always empty or very low in coffee for the number of people coming through the hotel. Breakfast was okay but the juice machine was also broken. The room itself was fine but I would expect one of the two priciest hotels in town to be much more polished. Quite disappointed. Will not be returning.Rooms: The room air conditioner had a very difficult time keeping the room cool enough. Even set at 62 degrees, the air conditioner would struggle mightily to keep the room under 80 degrees.Walkability: No sidewalks IVO of hotel which prevented you from getting anywhere outside of the immediate area on foot.

Reserved online and was greeted by Megan when we arrived. She was so nice and accommodating.Our room was great, zero complaints. It was clean, bed was comfy and I was able to get extra pillows from the front desk.If you or your kids play Pokémon go, this town has more Poke Stops than we have ever seen.
