I’m pissed I literally just got my phone fixed and it’s broken already . btw it broke with a case on it I spent 200 and some dollars to get a new screen . & I dropped it on carpet the screens they use is like plastic not satisfied ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING TO THEM IM PISSED I SPENY ALMOST 300 DOLLARS TO GET MY SCREEN REPLACED . I would have rather kept my old one on there now I can’t use my phone at ALLL

First of all I want to say I hate writing negative reviews, but it is what it is at this point. I tried face to face and that did not work. 2nd-- the short review, take your business somewhere else, I wish I would've listened to the reviews that said so, but decided to go the cheapest route and the one closest to my home ?I took my phone in because there was a crack in the screen, honestly I could've kept using it because it wasn't a huge crack, but still I wanted it fixed. I have a nice phone,a very expensive phone I might add. When I dropped it off the finger print password worked and my battery stayed charged all day, now my finger print no longer works and I'm having to plug my phone up to charge multiple times a day. So I called them and tell them this and they tell me they're going to order a new screen, reading the reviews. I see that they do this a lot. I don't think they ever ordered the new screen because when I picked it up for the second time the screen protector was on the supposedly new screen, the exact same way that it was on the old one... I don't believe they even attempted to fix my phone. So when I pick it up a second time the first issues still aren't fixed, and low and behold. I have a new issue! The speaker doesn't work. I call people and they can't hear me and I can't do talk to text! I spoke with the owner and he became belligerent basically screaming at me telling me that I wasn't getting my money back and that they were going to put the old screen back on my phone, and the lady there told me that when they put the old screen back on all of it was black except a half inch at the top. This is terrible business skills. It's terrible. He asked me what I wanted, I told him I wanted what I paid for. I wanted to bring my phone in pay what they asked me to pay and leave with my device fixed not worse than it was before. I wish I would have never walked to those doors. This man had such hatred inside of him, I'm truly praying that he find Jesus and he is delivered. But until then, please do what I should have done and listen to the reviews and go elsewhere!!!I'm prepared for him to reply to this comment with some manipulative stuff like he has on all the other's, instead of taking responsibility and saying I WAS WRONG, I DID YOU WRONG AND I'M WILLING TO FIX IT. Not only is accountability good for being a good human. It's especially good for having a good business. This is my two cents. God bless y'all. Have a good dayOh, I will add. He did refund $80 out of the $175 that I paid. I want to also add that I took two trips to this place on two different occasions and spent around 10 hours of my time total.... And he literally told me his was more important ? I can't make this up y'all ....

I've always had the best experience at this location. Over the years I've became more like family than a customer. I will know when upgrades are available and alsoalso new merchandise is available.

They replaced the charging port on my Samsung phone in an hour for $40. Courteous and helpful. Highly recommended. The Verizon store had just wanted to sell me a new phone.

Absolutely wonderful experience replaced my screen yesterday. The girl working the counter I think her name was Ami ( not sure) but she went above and beyond to help me with a new case and screen protector at a good price !!

This is the second time I have used them . 1st time to replace a cracked screen on my iPad and today for my phone. They are nice friendly and know their stuff. Reasonable prices. I definitely remember this place to others and I will use them again if I have the need for it.Liz K

Service was great the lady behind the counter was very nice paid $120 to have my screen fixed and had my phone back to me within and hour hour n a half keep up the great work

I’ve sold a Samsung watch to him he offered me 80 for it when I could’ve gotten 150 or more but I got him to throw in a case for my iPhone when I went from android to Apple 3 years ago but I want to know if they are using cheap Amazon screens or are they using one Apple screens cause I’ve used 4 of them cheap ones from Amazon and after about 30 mins they start glitching and not picking up my touches then finally goes black and white like an old tv that lost its antenna signal white noise and then i have to let it die this has happened 4 times and I’ve sent them all back to Amazon I want a real Apple screen not a cheap Chinese knock off soCELL TOUCH WHAT KIND DO U HAVE FOR SELL IF ITS NOT OEM APPLE THEN YOUR NOT GOING TO GET MUCH OUT OF IT AT ALL BUT GENUINE APPLE SCREENS ARE THE BEST CAUSE THEIR OLED SCREENS WITH ALL THE BEST TECH PLEASE LMK
