If I could get a negative 0 for the review I would. Everyone in the office is exceptionally nice, EXCEPT Renee. She’s over the Athens and Huntsville locations. She’s extremely rude, talks to the customers with lack of respect and unprofessional. If you’re trying to do right in life avoid doing business with Renee. She’s the rudest person in there! RUN if you love your freedom because she would make you reconsider.

Horrible experience horrible people! My furniture tore up several times before being paid for also when my table and chairs came they scarred them up I waited almost a year for them to send a replacement set.Also look at the contract you end up paying five times the original amount. These people are Disgusting in the way they interact just go somewhere else if you want a good experience! Also me and my fiance had to assemble the bed ourselves it was just the worst experience ever. The owner also likes to call names. His help April if she isn't trying to hit on your husband calls constantly and messages you before payment is due and threatens even when you're not behind stay away these people are crazy ? I was overcharged as well after all that RIDICULOUS

Do not rent from this company if i could give no stars i would the furniture i bought from them was of horrible quality it tore up three different times now that i have one payment left the bedframe is messing up again! Also my payment was different each time i paid. The people who work there have terrible attitude's and they charge you four times the amount of whatever you buy go somewhere else these people are AWFUL!!

I am actually surprised at some of the bad reviews of this place. I have been doing business here for many years and have bought and paid off several things. I have never had a bad experience with them. I had an issue with a washer and they come and picked it up, tried to get it fixed but it wasn’t repairable and they completely replaced it and honored the warranty from the beginning again. I have nothing but good things to say about Phillip and his staff!
