DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! I made an order the beginning of the month August 2023 for over $1k for two mattresses and haven’t received anything except a confirmation email and a statement of them taking the money out on my bank app. I’ve called, I’ve emailed and everything and haven’t got a response.Update:: They contacted me after writing this review and asked to send my confirmation email and I replied with photos of the email showing what I ordered and how much was spent…. Well again no response to that, very disappointed with their communication.Still nothing and it’s been close to a month, very ridiculous on how they’re handling thisNew update: 9/14/23 Bill finally made things right and got to the bottom of where my items were and had them delivered today. Along with what I ordered he also included a sheet set bundle for my long wait. I think it should’ve been two since it was two mattresses and that long of a delay but I’m just happy to have my items and want to say thank you Bill for making sure I did.

We were greeted and able to walk around testing all the beds without anyone following us around. We were informed of the sale and where prices were located. Selected our bed and paid with no issues or pressure!

I only gave 4 stars because of the inconsistent in delivery. Seems like the company had a name change but didn't think to notify the vendors and all items were returned. This left me as a customer with delays and still no mattress.

I purchased a mattress today. The gentleman helping me was wonderful. He asked me several questions about what I was looking for and directed me to several options he thought matched my needs description. Once I found the mattress I wanted he worked hard to get me the best price possible. I left very happy with my purchase and my experience with the sales associate that helped me.
