Refurnished our entire house in 2021, we bought only our sofas from Badcock and they’re the cheapest pieces of furniture quality-wise we’ve ever owned. Even after swapping out with warranty still have problems. We are so disappointed.

I was looking to purchase a few items (sectional, kitchen table , recliner) & had went to two other stores in Athens and couldn't really get anyone at the stores to assist me. As soon as I walked in the door, Pam was beyond helpful and helped me pick out what I was looking for. She was so so very nice & patient with me even with two sleepy, fussy toddlers. We were so happy with the experience that we came back the next day to make another purchase.

We ordered from Decatur but your guys from Athens brought the furniture last Thursday. They were all polite, helpful, courteous, and did such a good job. The main guy whatever you do please keep him good help is hard to find and that man is top notch!!!! Take these men out to lunch because they are representing your company in the best way possible!
