“I was traveling from Central Alabama to northern Ohio to have a celebration of life for my brother. I had a blowout 4 miles from the store. Put the spare tire on showed up at the store. Spoke to the management, told him what I needed asked me what I was doing. We had a conversation and he informed me that he had recently lost his brother. Speed of service was excellent. Got me back on the road quickly. So I didn't lose, but an hour worth of time from the tire. Erupting to having a new tire installed back on the The interstate I live in dora, alabama.Athens is an hour and twenty minutes away from my primary residence, but I will travel.The hour and a half to buy my tires from them in the future thank you for the great customer service.You guys knocked it out of the park, continue.The good work and it's nice to meet good people in the world.Thank you again to the management team”

“I had some work done to my 2004 f450 bucket truck and the shop that was working on it had to cut off the catalytic converter off and they couldn't put it back on. I call these guys to see if they could make it work. They had me come in to look at it and within 5 to 10 minutes they were working on it. The entire visit probably took 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the work wasn't bad at all. My truck literally sounds like new. It's weird because the entire time I've owned the trucks it's been a little loud. Now I can't tell that it's running when I'm at a stoplight.”

“Really nice people. A little mom and pop place. When I got there after calling a bout a part they asked if I was going to remove the part... I said I was not told that I would need to. They removed the part for me and sold it to me for tha price quoted.”
“Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.”
