This person Al is horrible to say the very least after my car had been there for a week he finally looked at it. He refused to speak to me at all he would only speak with my fiancé. Claimed after he called him said that I was holding him up by calling him. Now that he has torn apart my vehicle he said I can come get it now. I will now have to get a tow truck because he refuse to put it back together. Such great customer service.

The best place to go when your car needs work they are very friendly and they do the best work my truck was there waiting on a new motor and when they got the new motor when they finally got the new motor they had it in and had my truck ready within a couple of days and thanks to als transmission I am back on the road again I recommend als transmission to anyone who needs there car fixed they are the best thank you again Als Transmission

In my opinion as a customer, Al's transmission is a terrible place to take your car for a repair. My personal experience was that they had my car for 3 weeks trying to diagnose an oil leak and never found the issue but replaced an oil pressure sensor charged me almost $300 yet it wasn't the problem. My opinion is gross incompetence and they also damaged my classic 2006 Cadillac STS while in their care, or lack thereof. Al never answers his phone or returns text messages, further proof of his lack of customer service and being just an awful businessman. I finally showed him photos of the scratches one of his employees inflicted on the car door and they accused me of causing the damage. Bottom line, they've lost my business and for anyone reading this I urge you to avoid Al's Transmission and Automotive like the plague. In my opinion they should just close their doors.
