I cannot say enough good things about Dr, Taylor and Dr. Heath. They both showed so much compassion for me and my dog. Our outcome was not what I had hoped for but I truly believe they did everything they could and made our final time together peaceful. I will continue to drive over an hour for them to care for my furry friends.

We love everyone who works here. They take such good care of our dogs and cat. We have lost a couple of our fur babies, and Dr. Taylor and his staff were so genuine and compassionate with the entire process; they really helped us get through it. I highly recommend them!

These people only care about money not your pets or animals... If u can't pay immediately then they don't care how bad of an emergency it is.... The main Vet there also lied an tried to have me put my dog down after paying thousands for her treatment.. it's been over 2 years an my dog is still alive,,active an doing well... An whomever the substitute Vet is they have there while on vacation only wants money as well... She doesn't care about the animals at all... Shut this place down ??♀️

We recently moved from Michigan to Alabama and within the first 2 months had to make a trip back for an event.This meant not only did we have to find a new vet but also trust them enough to board our baby with confidence.
I walked in and was put at ease by Dr Taylor and his staff by their professionalism and genuine concern about our dog Cooper.

Rescued a cat recently that used to be seen at this vet office. Reached out for her records. I had the staff member locate my cat’s old account who then proceeded to send me basically nothing. I responded to the email asking for any health notes, vaccine records, etc- they didn’t even respond!!! Really disappointing that they don’t want to help me out by providing my sweet girl’s full health information so I can figure out what she does and doesn’t need.

Extremely clean and smells great. No pet odor at all. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. They are super polite and love helping and interacting with the animals. We loved our visit and so did our dogs.

Although they couldn't save our baby they did what they could and did it with the up most respect anyone could ask for and we really appreciate the caring and support we got in that painful and hard time to make the decision to let our baby have her wings we was not ready at all and still have a long way to go she was not just a dog she was apart of our family thank yall so much
