Pitiful customer service. We have turned in hold mail cards for them to be ignored with 2 weeks of mail being stuffed in our box. This has happened several times. Mail being delivered to wrong address in our subdivision. Complaints go unheard with no corrections.

The clerk was busy and know she needed help. The lady ask to help her and she said she got it well by the time she got to me she was out of it, because all I needed was a stamp and she charge me $10.45 for a stamp
