“I am very happy to have met the assistant Branch Manager and seems like a very nice lady. However I am not at all pleased that Mrs Dana is no longer at my bank. I have known her for years and honestly she is simply the best and the fact that she is no longer employed there I do not understand and I was talking with some friends and we all do not understand, frankly we're just all heartbroken.”
