If I could give this company negative stars I would!! My husband called for gas Wednesday before the snow and ice storm that was to come on Sunday night, and was told we would get it delivered by Friday at the latest. We called them AGAIN on Friday to let them know that we STILL haven’t received our gas, and they told us that they would be delivering tomorrow (Saturday). We tried calling the office Saturday, no answer. We tried calling Monday and Tuesday, still no answer. Finally called again Wednesday after their FB page said that their office would be open, and yet again no answer but left a very long and detailed voicemail of our situation that they have put us in due to not delivering our gas that I forgot to mention we have already paid for! They made sure that they charged our bank that Wednesday that we called, but yet we still haven’t received that gas that was paid for. We finally received a call back after the voicemail and the guy wasn’t even the least bit sorry about THEIR whole mess up. He didn’t even admit that it was their fault, what happened as to why it didn’t get delivered, or even try to rectify for the situation that THEY put us in any way. Now we are almost out of gas that is used to heat our house plus our hot water heater with negative temperatures. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, hands down! Definitely going to be looking for another gas servicer after this, and if you are thinking about using them I would highly reconsider and would look for somewhere else because clearly they DON’T CARE about their customers.

Went in one day to fill my tanks and while I was there the boss offered me a job. I didn’t ask if they were hiring, he asked if I needed a job. Well I got to talking with him and decided I’d give it a go… I notified my current employer and put in a notice. During the course of me working my “last” week at my current job, my grandmother passed away. Well she lived up in Illinois so I had to travel for her funeral. Notified Ferguson of the situation and went to the funeral. So that put me a few days past when I was supposed to start. Well due to overbooking issues on the plane, I had to miss my flight and come in a day later…..so I called them to let them know what was going on. So here I am about a week past when I was originally supposed to start. Well at this point I suppose they were fed up with what I had going on, so they told me don’t worry about it, the job wasn’t on the table anymore….. so either a)they thought I was lying about my grandma’s passing and the flight delays (what sicko lies about their grandma dying?) or b) they were totally unsympathetic towards my situation….regardless, I won’t go there again. Not only did they lose a potential employee, they lost a customer for life. I drive a little further up the road to central propane in hazel green where the propane is cheaper. If I could give these classless people less than one star I certainly would!

I’ve dealt with Ferguson LP for over 20 years and they have always been 5Star…. Whenever I call for refills they are there .. I’ve always been pleased and satisfied with their service…. The gals answering phone and taking orders are the best professionally and extremely courteous… thank you Fergusons for offering the best in the business!!!!

You don't usually think of customer service when it comes to a propane company but Ferguson Gas reminds you how important it is. They are reliable, honest and customer focused. Best propane company I've dealt with.

They advertised a special for the month of June . Even if you call ahead there is know one there to fill your tanks . Left tanks came back an hour and 15 minutes later. Still know one ! They could have informed me of this before I drive over .

My Dad and Mom have had Ferguson gas for years off and on. They had a different company for about a year and a half, a relative talked them in to changing because it was a little cheaper. The first year was good but when they needed it the most, below freezing temperatures they could not get the company to bring out gas for over a month. The tank was almost empty so Dad called Ferguson. They had a tank the next day and had to break ice to move the other. The next day they filled the tank. My parents were in their 80's and Mom had breathing trouble, so being without heat and stove was not an option. The other company showed up about a month later to fill the tank after Dad had called and told them to come get the tank.

Great, fast, friendly service and fair prices. I only have the portable tanks for gas grills, they always get me in and out quickly. This is my go to spot for refills. They also sell pretty much anything that has to do with gas, as well as installation of tanks.

We switched to a different propane provider in mid January of 2021 because they were unable to refill our tank in the time frame they gave us when they took our payment in full for a fill . I've been trying to have this company come out to retrieve there old tank for months now with no more action then there customer service telling me someone would call me on multiple occasions. Apparently it's OK for them to store there equipment on people's property for free for months
