  Resent visit to the Arab, AL branch was awful. Took way to long to be waited on. To many people there not able to do a transaction. This was not the first time this has happened. I almost closed my account. Please get employees that can work in a timely manner.

  What can I say I finally found a home that I call the bank. There in Walmart, I checked him out and now I do my banking there. Great customer service, all kinds of plans to fit your banking needs. I'm on the senior citizen plan, Love it, they're not small but they're not too big. Just just right for me.
