I have use Westside for many years with a number of pets. I have seen several of the vets but mainly Dixie Mahan. She is a wonderful vet and a very loving person. She is great with all of the animals and passionate. I have seen her cry when I had to put some of my pets to sleep. To me that shows great love for the pets as well as for the owners. I would highly recommend any of the vets at Westside. You and your pets deserve the best and this is the place. They are there for you any time even after hours and weekends if needed. I don't think you can find a better place to get great care for babies!!

We started taking our 9 year old litter mate dachshunds to Westside a few months ago. Dr. Lauren Ellenburg has taken the best care of them. Our babies are terrified of new places and she takes a breath to calm them (and me!)as she checks them out. I won’t go into details of their problems but I will say they are much improved. All of the staff here are very patient with our twins and us! We are a retired couple whose only child lives out of state so they are our babies! The cost at Westside seems to be reasonable and I am thankful for that also.

You think after a animal has been seriously injured and someone drove from Huntsville to Cullman to get the animal checked out you guys might see the Red Flags and call authority's. How many cats you ever heard of getting stuck between a washer and dryer? Absolutely none. So you think this one time it might just have happened and the cat break its back. You guys outta be ashamed of your self!

I’m new to Alabama and was referred by many people to take my dog here to be treated. They were so nice and so friendly. I told them when I called to make the appointment that I was working with little money, and they really helped me out with the cost. My dog was seen and treated and it was very affordable. They were so gentle and caring towards my fur baby, and that made me feel so good. They will definitely be my new permanent vet!! Thank you Westside Vet for everything y’all did for my sweet Dixon!!

Hands down the best experience we’ve ever had. We have a diabetic dog with lots of issues and they took over his care. He’s doing so much better. We also save SO much money going here. They should charge a lot more (I’m happy they don’t) for the level of care, expertise, and just kindness. Everything is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and professional.
