I have paid my bill out there last 2 months and every time I get late charges added I get notices that my phone bill hasn't been paid and is subject be turned off and I've already paid my bill. And I have to make another trip to the store to see why my bill is still showing not payed

This is not an actual Verizon store they're actually a vendor forVerizon so they do charge you for anything you get from them , On top of what Verizon's going to charge you or bill you for !

The guys here were very helpful and got me set up with everything I needed. Colby was very patient with me when I had to bring my home internet modem back and have help getting to work the way it should. I would always recommend giving them a visit if you need their services.

We waited 4 hrs to add a line to our plan. I got my plan bc it had an option to add a line for $10/mo. After we signed up for a three year plan and paid for the additional line, we noticed the receipt said our extra line was $55/mon. We asked about that and she said the $10/mon was no longer available. That would have been important to know prior to porting our number over and signing up for a 3 yr plan! However, our next bill came a couple weeks later and charged us $80/mon extra for the line. When we went back to the store, we were told the bill is actually $80/mon, but only for the first few months and then it will switch to $55/mon. I am beyond frustrated and feel very misled.

I didn't get her name, but the lady at the store in Arab was great. She helped me for hours trying to get my new phone activated while trying to help others in the store.
