On top of being sent away one day because a girl named Zoe didn’t want to work. I was baited and switched for prices. Then when I asked for a refund, I was told it would be $40 less than the amount I just paid…it was$180 less. So they took $180 from me for service and phones I never will have!!!
The manager at this store is a liar. The lady who works there is okay.

Do not go when a girl named zoe is there she told us and 3 others in store she was from scotsboro and hated being at this store and to come back when the regular lady was here I have been to this store numerous times and the other gal is so helpful and multi Tasker this was a terrible experience on Tuesday I am no Karen but this was terrible service
