I've gotten more of other people's mail in the last year from Arab PO than all the previous years of my life combined, in other cities. It seems to be getting worse. Twice in the last 4 days. 5+ miles away too.

I have the USPS app and it clearly states I have incoming mail. When I check my mailbox nothing is delivered. I have some very important mail from my cancer doctor and the State of Alabama, that has still not been delivered. Forget calling because it just rings and is never answered. I understand it’s the holidays but my mail has been delivered anywhere from 5-9 pm at night for months. If I could give negative stars I would.

Drove an hour for passport services and they had canceled the appointment. The postmaster had the lady at the desk tell us that she called everyone to cancel. No phone record was on my phone that this had been done.

Whatever you do DO NOT take a day off work and schedule your passport appointment at this location!They canceled on me less than two hours before my appointment. Thankfully I was able to go to Guntersville Courthouse with out an appointment. Completely and totally the most unprofessional place I have ever used.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. If you have a problem you're out of luck. Been trying to call for a couple of hours and the phone rings about 12 rings and then goes to a busy signal. Ya'll might feel like you don't have time to answer the phone. Well I'm busy too and I don't have time to waste either.

My grandmother paid to have a package delivered to me on Saturday the 22nd and the tracking number said it was going to be delivered that day but it ended up saying held at post office upon customers request which was not true so I had to wait through the weekend because the post office was not open, today I called the post office and I got a called back and he apologized and was trying to get to the bottom of why it wasn’t delivered and where it was at, he said he was going to call the Milk carrier and within 10 minutes of that my package was delivered in my mailbox. It was definitely inconvenient to have it not delivered when it should’ve been but they fix the problem right away and we’re very very nice!

For 6 years now, I have constantly had problems with this post office, primarily with packages. I sell on eBay, and as a seller I am required to have my out-going package mailed out by next day. Packages are to be SCANNED when they are picked up at my mail box. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! What a joke. So she doesn't scan my out-going package when she picked it up at 6:20 PM, (this past Monday night October 18, 2021) It got scanned the NEXT MORNING. This is because my so called "postwoman" can't ever deliver before 5:30 PM, many times much later. And of course, scanning it as received at 6:20PM isn't going to look very good with the other postal folks, especially the postal supervisor. Many, many times, I bring the package to the Post Office myself. So basically, I am doing their darn job for them.I'm so frustrated. When I call with a complaint, my problem isn't even addressed. "I'm so sorry", "We'll look into it", "I'll talk to her" etc, etc.Just excuse after excuse instead of simply just doing the job they get paid to do. Heck, yesterday (Thursday, October 21), I didn't even get my Arab Tribune newspaper in the mail box.LOL. And then the Post Office announces a delivery slow down and that Holiday rates will be increased. No wonder they lose $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ every year!Just close up permanently, go flip burgers somewhere and let Huntsville deliver Arab's mail. I'll probably get it earlier than 5:30 PM. Somebody needs to step up and do something about this. I now have a Commercial FedEx account.Also, my next re-course is to send Mr. Louis DeJoy a "nice" letter. Oooops, better make than an e-mail. After all, I want it delivered.
