Been there many times to donate and staff was so nice. Went this morning & Crystal was not nice...very difficult. I took the donations else where..ie guntersville library. I found out crystal was not the person who was hateful...but she is the manager...we have talked and all has worked out. The difficult person no longer works there. I will be happy to continue to take my donations there.

I asked the lady to help me distinguish between the men and woman's belts and she would not, neither would she help me find one that fit. She said I'd have to find one myself and she basically threw the ones she was stocking at me.

This used to be a good place to shop until you get to the register and the book witch changes the prices of the books that is clearly posted on the wall. 0stars and I left my entire purchase there and spent $0. The book witch even came out and yelled at me. Never again.

I come to tesa when I in need of help. Weather it’s a bill, food, clothes! They always show kindness and serve you with a smile and help you fine and get the stuff you need and christen People who can help you with other stuff like getting you off the streets and need help with drugs they can get you in cwjc and a job too! They also have classes like cooking?if you need a room to stay in to get out of abuse they have that too! They help you get out I been with them off and on for about ten years I go shopping there wen I can
