I purchased three doors and after hanging them I found that one had factory damage. Honestly, I expected it to be a hassle because I didn't see it until after it was hung. I called and explained my situation and was told I could get a cash refund but they did not have one in stock, they would check stock at other stores but didn't know how quickly they could get it, and they had two scheduled to be delivered next week. I responded that I didn't mind waiting just let me know when it was in. Two days later I get an email the door is in stock, come at my convenience to pick it up. No hassle. The reason I left 4 stars rather than 5 is because prices are not clearly displayed.

There a bit on the spendy side vs home Depot prices but they have what I need when I need it and a very helpful staff

I love wandering through a nice hardware store. Which Marvin's is. It's not as big and doesn't have the variety of a Lowe's or a home depot, but it's local and I like it.

When you call a company to ask if they have something in stock before you drive an hour to give them your business and they tell you they are too busy to answer your question and put you on hold again... you take your business to another company. Sorry guys, this wasn't the first time either.

I need one bag of tile spacers after working all day. I got there with 5 minutes before they closed. The staff yelled “closed” and refused to let in. That’s the last time I shop here. Customer service should be the number 1 priority

People are so nice and helpful. I've gotten good advice. They bend over backwards to be helpful. I go there first , if they don't have it I'm forced to go somewhere else. Rarely ever happens.
