We used H &R block for many years, this year's tax experience was the worse. We had solar added to our house and the prepper didn't know much then tried to tell use not to refinance our house with the solar added. I still have not gotten my refund back from from the irs because this person filed the amended return before our regular return.

I have been using H&R Block for over a decade! My experience has been great every time, every year. Calm and informative tax representatives take the stress away from you. For that reason, I'm greatful and highly recommend them!

We ended up paying $400.00 dollars to do our taxes this year with H & R Block. We started completing our taxes online, but due to a unique situation that required additional support we went to one or your offices to get our taxes completed. Not only was the tax preparer unable to access the nearly completed tax forms from the online program, we had to pay additional tax fees, which were three times the fees most other preparers charge. Having used H & R Block online tax software in years past, this will be the LAST time we use your products and services.

Due to some technical issues, The tax prep took a little bit longer than we anticipated. But Michael was very professional, calm, and made sure that I understood at every step of the process what was going on and what was needed to be done to remedy the problem. I highly recommend him.
