Thank you for responding and the fast resolution!My mom bought some items from this store and had them ship it to me back in February (she lives in Huntsville, I live in Seattle). When it arrived, the items she bought me were completely shattered. When I called the store it give them some feedback on the packaging, the lady didn't really care at all, not even an apology, but said she would leave a note for the owner and took my name and number. Either the note was never left or the owner didn't care enough to call.Anyways, when you're shipping glass across the country, you might wanna do more than just wrap it up in some brown paper. I mean, seriously? Not even a little bit of bubble wrap? They sell it at Dollar Tree. Invest in some if you're going to be offering shipping services.”
