The last 3 times I've had to use the pharmacy , the staff IS SO RUDE !!! I dont feel like being there as it is . Long waits. Very disorganized. But the worst is the staff. Will find another pharmacy.

This place has the most unprofessional men in pharmacy, last week my wife went there to get prescriptions and was told to come back in a hour she did and was told it would be another hour so she came home and called the manager and she said she couldn’t get her prescriptions until Saturday and it was Wednesday so she did but the man that was behind the counter made a few snide remarks and asked if she’s the one that called the manager, I already moved my prescriptions to some where else and they act like they could care less. I think he should have to work for a living somewhere there’s no customers to belittle

Walgreens Pharmacy has terrible customer service. The first answer you receive is a long automated message which is a delay tactic in my opinion to stall because they are always behind and Covid can no longer be blamed. When this location was Rite Aid it was a top notch pharmacy. Before Rite Aid this location was Harco Drug and they were top notch as well with excellent customer service. I have been using this location for over 25 years and because of the service Walgreens is lacking I will soon find another pharmacy. The pharmacy’s customer service is inadequate, some of the staff are rude and lazy. I’m over it! I will take my business elsewhere. My review has been a long time coming.
