Good and friendly. A complete rip off though. My "new" phone is just as slow as my phone ten years older. They didn't even carry the accessories needed for their phones, I looked at multiple. Don't buy new or take their advice. I'm $800 out dealing with the same stuff my ancient phone had. Just go to Walmart or some smaller store

My Samsung android phone was dysfunctional. Took it to the Verizon store on Quintard. Tessa helped me. She was awesome. Spent over 1 hour on it. Got back several things lost. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Did not rush at all. Very supportive, as I'm very tech challenged. Will always go there. Will NEVER go back to the Verizon at the exchange. If you want support, expertise on your phone problem, see Tessa at the Verizon store, Quintard.

I went to Verizon,Anniston store. I met Dillon and Wesley, they were awesome. Great customer service, very,very knowledged.They answered all my questions and they gave me their number to call if anything happens or needs. I could not ask for two better sales men!

I used to visit this place every month to purchase phone service about six years ago. The customer service reps and staff were/are extremely nice, polite, and helpful. I recommend this place to those of you who are current Verizon Wireless customers or for those of you who might be interested in switching phone carrier service. I am seriously considering going back to Verizon Wireless Phone Service, but I have not fully made up my mind for now.
