Allowed me make appointment get passport on Saturday only time I have off showed up an notice from them or anything they was not doing passports. Bs they should send out emails to customers that they are not doing them so I don't wast time or gas

I would like to thank our mailman delivering mail at 1417 Cherokee Trail, Anniston, AL 36206. He is always very kind, considerate, and professional with the mail delivery and package placements. It's very nice to see someone who is very dedicated to their job.

Scheduled appt on USPS website & confirmed it.
Arrived for passport appt & “Unable to process passports today” on the desk….
No call or email cancelling the appt.
Very inconsiderate & not particularly friendly.

Awful, this lady "dee'' we made passport appointment and while we fill out maybe 10 questions then she assisted 3-4 customers while we waited 30 minutes for her to come back and I said we made an appointment and she got an attitude with me saying "you weren't ready so I had to help other ppl first cause we spent 5 min to fill out papers smh very unprofessional dee

Never answer phone and when they do there is no response; packages are marked as delivered when they are. Poor services.

Phone service is garbage, in order to talk to a rep it wants you to try and use the useless robot instead and took me over 20 minutes just to have a wait time of over 10 more minutes after wasting my time with the trash robot

They didn't even try to give me my parcel or contact me. I'm very angry because it contained gifts for my mother and grandmother for mother's day! If I can't get my money back, or my packages; best believe they will be having a full blown Karen situation on their hands. And I know they are perfectly capable of delivering packages such as the ones I'm looking for because I order from this shop all the time! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM UNTIL NOW! I am beyond angry!
