Had to have a new tire before going out of town. They worked me in and got the new tire on in a very short time. They also updated my navigation program. Very helpful and asked if I needed anything else.

My husband had a pleasant experience. The agent was fast, finance was smooth and fast. He did not spend all day hanging around the dealership. They called him when everything was ready to go. We appreciate the attention to details and friendly customer service they showed! Thank you!

Had my truck at dealership for an issue with front end alignment. Amber scheduled the work, Ben’s experience repaired and David’s expertise finished the project. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Very satisfied with their service team.

Have to admit the service was very quick and efficient.
The only issue was I was there at opening 7:30AM. The service writer wanted to know if I had an appointment, which I did not. Ask when they started requiring appointments again he said they don’t, but they already were booked up. Was able to schedule an appointment for 1:00PM.
Returned at 12/45.
When I originally arrived told service writer I needed an oil and filter changed and tires rotated.
They did oil and filter change at 1, but for got the tire rotation. Overall was very disappointed in visits to this location. Up until this vise have always given them 5 stars; which is why I gave them 1 stars had to count on past experience to give the a fair evaluation. Hope for and expect better in future.

Made a appointment, and my car WASN'T touched. I guess University Dodge has not got employees to do the job. Appt was at 8 am, didn't get a call, my car would have been there all weekend. And you all do not have a service to take a client home if major service is needed. VERY DISAPPOINTING

It took them a month to fix my jeep. They didn’t offer me a car to drive or anything. I felt like every time I called they was giving me the runaround .I just wasn’t please with their service at all.
