Extremely slow!!! They have parking along the side of the street. Guards/Security were friendly. After passing the guard shack it's downhill from there. Come with a pocket full of patients. You're going to need them. I checked in at 2145. It is now 0345 and I am still here. The Lumper fee was paid a few hours ago. Which was reasonable. I have a green light however I have not received a call to pick up my bills. They are adamant the driver has to wait for a call. There has to be a better way.

Absolute madhouse. They let a lot of trucks in at the same time so everyone is trying to get on a dock at the same time and then they wait til they get 6-7 trucks done to let them all out at the same time while more trucks are coming in trying to get on a dock. Super tight spots too. 0 stars would not recommend

The people who work there were friendly to me. Nice folks. But PLEASE find a way to not have so many trucks close on those docks in front of the maintenance building. It’s tight tight. Y’all could even ask people to drop the trailers and come get them when unloading is complete. Thank God there were other truckers spotting me, I would’ve asked for another door otherwise.

Be there early , park , walk to guard shack check in , they’ll call you once a door ready ,,
I check in at 3 pm was told by 8-9 they let truckers in , got a call 8 ish.. since I checked in early got there before the chaos happens ,, does get chaotic once more trucks are back in trucks , etc Recieving office don’t start talking bol till 9 .. they don’t mess around they about they job , so come profesional etc .. the backing is tight but not Newark tight but I saw 2 extended trucks back in then us regular joes can too .. anyways … there about 8 parking spots outside , the earlier you can get there an check in .. the better …

Checked in at 1300 with guard shack for 2200 appointment. Got door assignment at 1930 and allowed to deliver paperwork about 2110. They unloaded a couple pallets. Got exorbitant lumper fee ($784) at 2200. Unloaded finally about 0100 and as of 0154 I still am in the door waiting on paperwork. Can't fathom how it can take so long!

The management here should be fired for incompetence. Proper management has a least a hair brain idea what is going on with their employees, obviously not here. 14 years and never took an hour and a half just to get checked in. Can only imagine the wait and lumper for just a few pallets. Definitely tell there are hourly workers here

Not a good place to deliver to. We are here with a 2 stop load. This is our 1st stop Appointment for here is 11pm it’s currently 4:40 am still in a dock with red light. Our next delivery appointment is 5am in Atlanta. I would not chance coming here if you have the option.

Very nice people, very fast unloading. The people who count your product do take a little while, but overall it is very nice experience. They do have overnight parking on Roberts Road. Would definitely come back.

The guard shack guys are great! So are the ladies in the receiving office! Appointment at 2200, unloaded and waiting for bills at 2223. Tight docks but there isn't a lot of other drivers backing all at once. Hope I get sent here again!
