I took my 2024 Rav4 for 5000 mile check. From entering the service department to leaving it everyone was so kind and helpful. They asked if any problems had occurred since my purchase. There were none. I sat in waiting area and enjoyed a cup of coffee. My car was finished. Employees would ask if I needed anything during my time there. I went to checkout and the lady there was very friendly. I left the service department. Each person on the way out thanked me and I thanked them. I appreciate their help and courtesy.
