Terrible experience! I went in for service of my company vehicle since it hit 105,000 miles. The lady at the service department acted like she didn't want to take 5 seconds to see what services I needed to bring my vehicle in for. She then preceded to be extremely rude and short with me with a sour scowl on her face the entire time.
When she asked for my name, I told her I was on the national no solicitation list and didn't want to receive any junk mail or phone calls about trading my company vehicle in. Once again she copped an attitude and had two salesmen call me the same day after she told them I wanted to trade my vehicle in right away. I have gotten a crazy amount of junk mail from them since my visit.
I was so frustrated and discussed with the way I was treated that I didn't show up for the appointment. I have been a Sunny King customer for over 15 years, but after that one experience I believe I will have their competitors service my vehicle in the future.

Where do I start. Went there with high hopes of buying a vehicle started with a guy named Herb he was cool and seemed to want to help but then got moved to help someone else. Then we got paired with the most condescending man who didn’t even try to help named Berry Shropshire he alone has made me vowed to never return to this dealership atleast until this man leaves.
