The best bank I have ever needed or been in business with . The loans or the credit card services have been superior to any other bank I have done business with in 40 + years of using banks .

First class all the way. Friendly and helpful. Excellent service for small business owners. We've been with them for about 10-15 years and enjoy the relationship.

Merged with my previous bank and failed to keep this customer informed. Apparently several charges during the merger did not take place. However, instead of letting the customers know in advance they just pulled the money from my checking account a month later. Do to this action my account became over drafted. They should have told the customers prior to taking this action so that they had time to prepare financially. As a military family of six living pay check to pay check they seriously hurt us. They charge you for just about everything. We will be closing our accounts after paying them off. They have lost this customer. I hope no one else has to go through this, and the company understands that they should have explained in advance. After all the bank works for us we don't work for them.

A waste of time and a total farce. No such thing as “common sense†taking place at this dump. Employees are horrible - management is worse!
