overall it was ok. at first the place was empty and it took a little bit for me to get started but i didnt mind the wait, this guy with longer hair had came iver to the girl that started me and was being extremely rude to her (she was doing great) he then took over and was so rough with me. i have cuts on my fingers and my nails and fingers are swollen. the design was simple but he was very sloppy with some of it. my fingers hurt pretty bad but its only been a day.

Took my daughter, my girlfriend and her daughters to get their nails done here for my daughter 's birthday and my girlfriend for mother's day... my daughter's nail didn't even last 24hrs... the nail polish peeled off in 2 pieces.. my girlfriend got acrylic nails and had chunks of acrylic still on the side where it wasn't shaped and filed down right and told the lady her pinky was burning and the lady asked my gf why, it's the LADY's responsibility to know these things if she's going to do that type of business all she did was spray a little water under her nail.. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! Spent over $250 to get treated like that and for it to not last.. My 8 year daughter or her mom paints her nails most of the time and they last longer than 24hrs... if you do go ask for the guy he did do a really good job on my gf's daughters nails

told me they where gonna cancel my appointment because i was 2 minutes late and there’s one person here who is my mom. told me they can’t do fill ins for dip that i have to get a whole new set each time. i WILL NOT be coming back do not go here they are not professional. they also had open nail polish for display!

Absolutely the worst nail salon in Calhoun county! I asked for square she gave me oval. She changed my color and everything. Very unprofessional and dirty! I will never be back. Save your money and spend it with real professionals!! These people are a joke.Services: Acrylic nails

got dip powder and she filed my nails so hard i had 3 CUTS ON 3 FINGERS! they hurt so bad for days. also she kept trying to convince my friend to not get gel polish bc it “wont last”. my friend didnt want to pay the extra 20$ for dip powder at the moment and she was being very rude about how her gel wouldn't last long and even talked to another customer about it. not a good experience and wont be going back.

I went for a few months there and always had Henry doing my manicures.I had to drive 40 minutes to the nail studio and I don't mind, if the service is good.How he did my nails was always great, but it seems, he only understands, what he wants to understand. My last visit was not great at all, because I wanted a different color than all the months before...I choose a purple color and I walked out with red, even though I told him, it's the wrong color, he didn't care at all. Also I tried to explain something to him and his answer was " I don't care at all how it's done in Germany. REALLY....a comment like this to a customer ....this is a no go for me! Very unprofessional...you can think that, but saying this out loud....nope, there is too many nail studios around. Will not return!
