My husband went to get bloodwork done, had to take off work. The lady drawing his blood wouldn’t draw it till she had a fax #. Now I know they fax labs to Anniston Family Practice all the time. She told him he could wait an hour till the office opens or come back tomorrow. All I had to do was call his office number, answering service gave me his fax number.. The lady said they won’t give it to them-BS. Gonna have to find a lab that knows what they are doing!

I love this Labcorp office. I have small veins and you wouldn't know I had blood drawn afterwards and only one stick! YES!! They were professional and quick, I didn't wait at all! Highly recommend!❤️

Service was great! GET A SIGN ON THE STREET SO THAT WE CSN FIND YOU!!!Your sign on the building is too far off the road to see and to small. I’ve been coming for 2-3 years every 6 months and STILL DRIVE DOWN THE STREET TWO-THREE TIMES TO FIND YOU!!!! I am most displeased with the difficulty in finding you!Your people however, are great!

App and website work well - test data, scheduling and rescheduling. Thanks be to God, in Christ Jesus' Name, Jasmine and Techs are very astute, helpful and efficient.

No one working reception. No sign in sheet. Sat for over an hour while people who came in after me went back. When I did finally speak with someone they were short with me. I'm going to try Quest.

Called several times during business hours and not once got in touch with someone on the phone. So I went anyways on Saturday and then when I got there they said oh yeah we don't do that testing on a Saturday. Well I called several times to try to avoid that problem!!

I went to Selma Labcorp and it's out of business but the website doesn't indicate that it's PERMANENTLY CLOSED so don't go by what you see on the website it's not there any longer. Therefore, you have to drive to Tuscaloosa, AL to the the only Labcorp in Tuscaloosa now and in the area and this being the only one I arrived at 3 because the website says their closing hours are until 5p which is falsely stated because the lab technician told me I have to come back in the morning an hour away because they didn't answer the phone so they could have told me over the phone that they were closing at 3p instead of 5p and I wouldn't have driven that far in vain. The operating hours need to be updated immediately to prevent further miscommunication and/misunderstandings!

I made an appointment online to have my drug screen done on a Saturday. Since I did it through their website I figured it'd show up as an appointment on their end so they would know. I showed up for my drug screen and checked in and sat down. The lady called me to the window and told me that they don't do drug screens on Saturdays. So I drove 40 minutes out to this location and no one had any kind of sense to call and tell me that the appointment that was made days in advance couldn't happen. Very poor customer service, very poor communication.

I had to have an urinalysis done for EMT School and this is the facility I had to visit for my test to be administered. The staff was great! the whole process was done professionally and quickly. Not a bad experience at all considering I was worried about missing the cup I had to fill. The building...it was a nightmare. I honestly didn't want to go in. I would have given one star based solely on the building but I couldn't do that to the staff. For LabCorps to charge what they do, I have no doubt that they could upgrade their facility. It does not look like a place that should have a biohazard receptacle in it. It looks like a biohazard in itself. The outside is terribly neglected and the inside of the building is worn to the point it appears dirty no matter how well it is cleaned. If the bathroom I had to use for my urine sample to be collected in was in a public place, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole and blame it on someone else.
