I'll say this, if you want a place that will kiss your tail to your face and talk trash about you when you leave, this is the place for you. Frequent turn over of employees as well which is a large indicator of a problem and I find it hard to believe it's all bad luck with actual employees. Nail salons are a dime a dozen in this town and I honestly don't see anything that makes it stand out and deserving of a higher rating.

Do not go here!Even though the sign read walk-ins are welcome I had to make an appointment for 2.5 hrs later. I arrived on time but had to wait 45 minutes before they started my pedicure. Manager even took a lady before me that came in 30 minutes after me! When i was finally taken back to a pedicure chair, the water was cold, the music noisy and the owner/manager was not pleasant. The pedicurist was nice and professional, the owner/manager was not.Service: Pedicure

Two women did a friend and I nails. The women were rude, made us feel unwanted as soon as our nail experience started saying things such as, “ why did you come to this salon” “these nails are too complicated” etc. we did call at 5 pm to ask if we could be fit in ( because they did close in one hour ) and they said yes but when we arrived it was a different story. They were upset it took longer than expected and just very unprofessional.Service: Acrylic nails

The nail tech that did my gel manicure was fantastic and so sweet. The tech that did my pedicure appeared to be new to the field but was just as sweet. There was a mix up with my pedicure that caused the polish not to dry. I went in the next morning and the owner was quick to redo it and so polite, apologizing multiple times and assuring it wouldn't happen again. Mistakes happen with everyone, and I was so impressed with the great customer service. Will be back!

Overall I have been very happy with my service. My gel fingernails last up to 3-4 weeks with no chipping before having to return. I recommend only going after making an appointment, otherwise may have a long wait. Some of their manicurists are better than others so find someone you like and stick with them when making an appointment.

I have tried so many places around Anniston/Oxford, but this will be the only place I go back to. I like short, clean, manicured nails and Kaitlyn delivered. She had a complex looking design on her own nails that she did herself, so it seems like she can do it all. Would definitely recommend.
