In case a CVS rep actually reads the reviews and doesn't believe the reviews of the pharmacist not answering the phone. Just hit the hour mark and no answer. Front store people answer on the 2nd ring, so I guess the pharmacist has their phones set to "Do Not Disturb. "

Every single time I attempt to refill an Rx I have an issue. They never answer the phone, you can call and sit on hold for an hour or more and the response is "They're busy". I see refills in my app, the pharmacy employees are vision impaired. The Dr.s office can see Rx sent to this pharmacy l, but they can't for some mysterious reason. Every month I have multiple Rx to refill and spend HOURS attempting to get these idiots to do their job.

This has to be the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever used. Since they closed the best pharmacy in Golden Springs and transferred everything to this "want-to-be" pharmacy, it has been a disaster. They continually try to put my workman's comp RX on my personal insurance, they never answer the phone, they are super slow and always mess up my RX. I have had several encounters with rude and hateful people in the front of the store also, one being a manager. I never had issues with the Golden Springs Store or employees. I have had nothing but trouble with this store and pharmacy. This store definitely needs better management!! Can't give it 0 stars, or I would!

Spoke with Pharmacy staff 3X and Store Manager Jerome Bannister about removing my name for their phone dial out program for the pharmacy. They are in AL - I am not Cynthia and I am not in Alabama. Took a call to corporate and when they spoke with he said we never spoke. Shame on you. Hope this gets fixed. Incident #13277922
