The woman told me she couldn’t transfer my phone service to my new phone because my husband wasn’t there and he is the account holder even though my name is linked to my number and had a bad attitude the whole time. Left me with no phone service since he was at work and couldnt come by, I even asked if we could call him and i know the account pin and she said there was nothing she could do. Honestly seemed like she just didn't want to do anything out of her way to help us. Went to the Jacksonville store and they helped me in less than 5 minutes.The anniston store had horrible customer service, I will definitely be avoiding this store from now on.

Waited .....standing in store for 1 hour 6 customers and 2 employees I would suggest paying bill online and if something else is the issue call customer service to handle it over the phone..... there was a lady waiting to pay a bill for an hour...

they will sell you a service tell you what you want to hear take your money then when you find out you can't get the service you paid for they will tell you that you have to buy a new phone in order to get it working when you call customer service they blame the store the store blames customer service and neither one cares about what happens its all about just the money should've been about a $100 deal now it's gonna be about $200 more i would not recommend this store or the oxford store they tell you what you want to hear and get you out the door then it's your problem from then on

this store let me me bring my own phone over from another carrier let me buy the unlimited plan with 15 gbs of hotspot only to find out that my phone is not compatible for the hotspot they basically stole my money lied to me and now they are telling me i have to buy a phone at full price in order to get what i already paid for and when you talk to them they say call customer service then customer service lies to you and they just try to wear you down what should've been a $100 deal now they want another $300 for another phone and have to activate it i guess they love stealing from a customer i paid for services only to find out later i can't get it even though they took my money for it and they said there is nothing can do
