“The two ladies in the office were exceptional. They both went out of their way to accommodate me while I was waiting. They were friendly & informative. The guy’s that put my new windshield in did an outstanding job. They also didn’t mess around & got me out of there quickly while doing a great job!!! I rarely do reviews. If I do, they’re usually bad reviews. Customer service has continued to decline over the years & businesses have gotten to where they don’t care anymore. That is NOT the case with Glass Doctor in Anniston. They are EXCEPTIONAL!!!”
