Says small engine repair shop but wouldn't take my mower bc it had a push button start bc I had the engine swapped. The mower wouldn't fire. I got judged by the way my mower looked.

If you need small engine work done this is the place to go. They just fixed my chainsaw and had it ready in one day. Great job and very friendly.

This was a brand-new Craftsman, with less than 16 hrs on it. I took it to another dealer, after it sat at C & C between 6-8 weeks awaiting a starter to be changed out. After getting it back and the same issue of not cranking, I took it to another dealer in the area who changed the defective starter that C & C said they changed. Amazingly it still had a 2022 starter on it (year of the mower). The other dealer also adjusted the valves that were out of sync and did the job that C & C failed to do. Would not advise taking it here, unless you like rude customer service and your issues to remain.

This man is rude and is a crook. He gave me the wrong part and would not let me return it the next business day. He tried arguing with me stating it was my fault he gave me the wrong part and won't let me return it without the credit card slip that was never provided. What's worse is he recalled the transaction but still would do nothing to help. I guess this is what happens when you shop local.

they were extremely rude and unkind. after calling to tell me that my property was ready and having me pay to have it fixed they informed me that it did not work and they could not get the part for it that was needed. the part that was "needed" was only malfunctioned because they set it upside down on the ground after unloading it until oil and gas was coming out of it and I said to the young man that it was gonna mess something up being upside down. after asking questions about that to the man on the phone he then said to me " if you know so much about it and wanted to fix it yourself you shouldn't have brought it to me" then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up again. I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. we've used them several times in the past but never again.
