I want to give a shout to an employee I was running late on my lunch they were busy a young lady Sidney at the Anniston Al location took my order helping the girl at the registerI watched people that ordered after me get their food and leave, I saw a wrap placed up but kept quite due to I wasn’t sure it was mine, but after 7 min Sidney called out after looking at tickets and said Mrs Leslie you just had a wrap right? I said yes she walked to look and told manager standing there and manager threw it in a bad and told her there’s to many people over here as it is, to pretty much stay where she was! Excuse me but she was doing her job!! You need more employees that pay attention to their customers and not look at them as just another person! So I just want to say thank you Sidney and hope God blessed you abundantly!!!!

The cashier was friendly and nice. The food was hot and quick. The dining room tables could use a cleaning. The bathrooms were clean.

The only person that has a pleasant attitude is Megan( I think that's her name)... If I were you I wouldn't go to this location before 4pm. It's best to wait until all of the workers with attitudes complete their shift and go home. Every single time I go before 4pm I have the same issue. No one seems to know what extra Ice means. Had a lady tell me today she couldn't hear me on the drive thru speaker, so I spoke up. Then she tells me and I quote" don't do that ma'am, ". Yet THEY STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG. so I guess she didn't hear me after all. I go inside to try and speak with someone because at this point I'm done with this store... As I begin telling the day shift asst..mgr about my issue last week with breakfast, being given the wrong food and how everything was going today, sit looked me dead in my face and said it's not breakfast so why are you talking to me about it. Then proceed to call another manager after she turned her back to me.. If I have to call this district number to speak to Lisa the district manager, every single day, I will... Because now I have to travel to Oxford to get Burger King.. I'm not going back to the one I grew up going to. Ppl have changed and apparently Burger King has a whole new attitude

The ladies on the night shift here are such hard workers! They always call you nice names and speak respectfully to you. I always get everything I ordered and I don't ever have to check my bag for anything! There is one lady on morning shift who consistently gives me problems for the most ridiculous things. I'll order a large coffee and she always without fail gives me a small coffee and when I tell her I paid for a large she goes "That's a large" and closes the window in my face. The night shift would NEVER!!!

If I could give no stars on I would due to customer service by Lakina who was working taking orders at the front counter. The manager made her come apologize due to her being very unprofessional to me and others. No I did not accept her apology bc I knew it was forced. Yes I did look at her and roll my eyes when she did and turned my head. She didn’t approach me to apologize she said it from across the room. Very unprofessional also. I don’t appreciate her behavior or anyone who acts the way she does. So no I will not accept a fake forced apology. Oh then she went and told she had apologized and I didn’t except it but she didn’t care bc she didn’t do anything wrong. When she did. I will not go into details of what all she did and said bc this is long enough. Just know nothing will be handled at the Burger King in Anniston 1818 Quintard Ave 36201 store # 1260 my management when they say they will handle it. It’s all just making the them apologize which isn’t meant. No wrote up no nothing. I would personally have fired an employee for the behavior she showed. The manager was polite and did have to keep telling her to stop talking and take orders. She was also disrespectful to the manager by not listening to her. Below is Lakina. Thanks for calling me what you did. Now with you’re picture posted I have done my job right by that title. If you go the drive thru is the best way to go. A lot better service doing that.
