Best experience I’ve ever had for tires. Friendly, accommodating and, most importantly, honest. Most are just eager to make the sale but not here. So, Thursday at 4:15 and 2 hours from home, my tire needed air for 2nd time today. I find a pesky nail in my tire so I went to the local “W” because I know they’re open later. Finally a tech assists me but they do not have my size tire. I panic and start calling tire stores starting with the closest. First 4 did not answer, next one went to voicemail and then I called Roadmart. I did not even hear the first ringtone when I realized this was not a recording. He says they have the size tire and could install it but needed to be there soon. After they pulled fire off the tire they couldn’t find the nail and asked if I still wanted to change the tire. I couldn’t believe they were more interested in providing the right service and not the money.All in all a super experience and I couldn’t be more grateful for their fast friendly service!

Only tire store open in Andalusia on Saturday. Took my ATV tire in to have the tube patched. They said it could not be patched due to it having 4 or more holes in it. They said they did not have the correct tube to replace the one with holes. Missed hunting on my lease since there is no way to hunt there without some type of ATV. Spent Sat searching for a tube. no luck. Didn't get to hunt Sunday cause the tire was not repaired yet. Monday, took the tire to a different dealer and told them what had transpired at Road Mart on Sat. The new dealer said that it was not possible to say the tube had four holes in it cause the nut on the valve stem was covered in mud indicating that the nut had never been removed and therefore the tire had never been broken down. I watched them break it down, blow the tube up and sink it in a water tank. It had ONE hole. They patched it and its still holding air fine. Didn't want to fool with fixing my tire? Why not just tell me. Gross incompetence? Looks like it.

I highly recommend this place. These guys were all very kind, and beyond helpful when I really needed it. I had some random problems out on the road and had to pop in unexpectedly riding my spare to have my tires inspected and repaired. They got me in immediately, and took care of everything that I needed and more. Big thanks again!

Oooo so much business with this company while we were working in the area. Two ATV blow outs, one dually tire fixed, set of new tires on the 2019...all in less than a month.Jason was professional and easy to work with. Guys in the back were fast and good.When I had a vibration in the 2019 after the new set of tires, they spent a couple hours doing diagnostics and troubleshooting. Most companies would have been tired of dealing with me at that point but they all remained friendly and kept the “can do” attitude.

Took lawnmower tires in to have switched that Shawn guy was the is the nices person and most curious gentleman that I have talked to in a long time. He was so busy he took time out for my tires I was applaud on his work ethic. What a Wonderful employee you have working for you.

This crew worked me in the other day even though they were super busy. They have done this before and have always been super honest and explain everything in detail. Really don't trust anyone else with my car except these guys!

Got a new set of tires here a few months ago. No complaints, great service. Got a screw in my tire a few weeks ago. The manager took good care of me and repaired it for me as well.

They got me in and out. All four tires and a oil change. These are some good guys. I just moved to Andalusia from Kansas city and was worried about finding an honest affordable mechanic. They got my business.

Customer service was good BUT when I picked up my truck ABS light was on. When I asked why, they didn't know. Blamed it on a bad sensor maybe they said. When got home I checked it out and they didn't plug in my brakes to the master cylinder they just replaced. Had to do that myself. Then noticed leaking brake fluid every time I apply brakes. For the kind of money I had to spend for the repair I feel this is unacceptable. And they also broke my inside hood latch. Now I have to push back in to close my hood. I would've taken back to them but am afraid will have to pay for something else that got messed up in the process.not happy at all
