We had an ER visit and this was the only pharmacy still open in town. Even though we went in close to closing they were gracious and helpful. They filled prescription fast. The store was immaculate. The staff was friendly. I was thankful to get the medications needed. Saw someone that was also in the ER there and the pharmacy was just as helpful to them.

The employees here were all so nice and accommodating. They also had what we needed, the store was clean, and there was a public restroom!

Recently changed insurance and had a sick newborn at home. Insurance was giving us problems trying to get all my information verified for the child. Kenny the pharmacy technician went above and beyond on his customer service and made it all happen by the time things were done. Will absolutely continue shopping here for the great customer service, especially in the Pharmacy.

Flip a coin to know if you can rely on getting your maintenance meds refilled. I have mine set to auto refill and lately, that just isn't happening. I have to call, go to store, or try using the app to scan the barcode. IT NEVER used to be like this. Management needs to address this. A pharmacy that can't reliably refill your prescriptions is dangerous.

Did not fill my prescription properly and therefore will cost me more money in long run. And didn't even tell me that the script was not filled correctly when picking up the medication. When I am off I will be transferring all of my stuff to a different pharmacy. All ways having problems with one thing or another with this pharmacy. Sad

Gregory Wending the pharmacy manager in the Andalusia store has poor customer service. If he is so unhappy with his job he should change jobs. I have seen him be short and ugly to customers several times. I have changed pharmacy because of this. Hello Walmart good bye Walgreen's.
