I have never put a negative review on a business in my 44 years until now. My car was towed there in May due to being in an accident. I was told it was going to be June or July before they could get started on it. Next thing I knew it was pushed out to September. I do realize that things happen, life happens, parts get back ordered, etc.. Every time I called to check, these people were so rude and unprofessional. I was absolutely floored at the abruptness and unprofessionalism. My vehicle is now at another repair shop and they are so kind and professional. If I could give this place zero stars I would, but it didn't give me the option. 0/5 ⭐

Took my vehicle in for a 1-day job, according to the owner, that turned into a 3-day job, possibly 4 to 5, because they were sent the wrong parts. No fault of theirs, having the wrong parts, that's on the factory. But, there was a different excuse as to why it wasn't done each day that I called for an update, and when I was sent to talk with the owner, he talked over me the entire time and didn't listen. Before I could call back to apologize for my attitude on the phone, he had called and told me that he would no longer service any of my vehicles. "Don't even drive in my driveway." I was excited, at first, to have them repair my car, but after this exchange and the lack of regard for my own needs and concerns, I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.

The people here were more willing to discuss and help me understand things after my wreck than the other person's insurance company was. I am very thankful I had someone to explain things such as Jennifer. Greg also immediately retrieved my vehicle upon my request and helped me understand many things as well. If the situation presents, I would choose Palmer & Sons again.

My car broke down as I was passing through town and I was extremely nervous as I sat needing a tow truck on the side of the road. I am so thankful the good Lord took care of me as I researched towing companies near me and contacted Palmer and Sons. Mr Palmer was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He was more than fair charging me a very reasonable price and provided great service. As a stranger passing through someone could easily have taken advantage of my situation, but I am truly thankful for Mr Palmer.

I am so thankful to have been directed to this family run business. Exceptional service. The tow truck driver gave us a ride to rent a car after our car was totaled by another driver. The gentleman at the tow lot stayed late and let me get my belongings out of my car and never made me feel rushed. I highly recommend Palmer and Sons.
