We bought a mattress from them when I moved to University. The bed was great for a very short period. Despite numerous rotations, it is now two years old and features a cavern in the center of the mattress. Every night is an exhilarating journey of climbing the ravine and rolling or sliding back down. Back pain is the reward for a night of hard work. Despite the moral turmoil of selling faulty products without correction, I am sure the owners sleep better than I do. The only upside to this experience (other than the tremendous upward cliffs on either side of my mattress) is that I now have the pleasure of living the rest of my life without purchasing another mattress from them.

We were so pleased to get all of our questions answered while shopping for a new mattress in the Prattville store. Tim Cauthen was so helpful and knowledgeable! My husband visited the store and then called from home for more assistance. Tim worked with him, and we made our purchase on Wednesday. Our new mattress was delivered ON TIME the next day by friendly gentlemen. Best night’s sleep we’ve had in a while. We have already shared our experience with friends and family. Thank you, Tim!

We just bought two new beds from Jim at the Enterprise store. I cannot say enough about how friendly & helpful he was, not to mention how much money he saved us. Great experience beginning with in store purchase to home delivery and set up!!! JoAnn was exceptionally helpful and informative in our decision making process. We really like our mattress we bought from Mr. Mattress. Very friendly service in the store and delivery. I only gave 4 stars because the box springs we bought are terrible and not the quality we expected for the price. Our old ones were better. Ask about the box springs before you buy!Update: Mr.Matress replaced my box springs! Much better quality! 5 stars for customer service!
