Their lumber is mostly warped, crowned and missing edges. It’s also way over priced. You can go to Carolina Millwork or Cash and Carry and save 20 to 40 percent. A 2x6x12 SYP is $10.56 compared to $5.78 at Carolina. Marvin’s wants a written estimate from their competitor just to match price. They apparently don’t want to make a simple phone call. I just had to pick through 40 6x6 16 foot long pressure treated posts just to find 2 straight ones. Nobody offered to help. Their Milwaukee 5amp battery is right at $200. You can get it for $159 right down the road at Cash and Carry. Almost Everything costs more at Marvin’s.

Complete joke!! I have spent over $25,000.00 in the last couple months. I have tried to return a couple low cost items I did not need, and they basically called me a liar. I have disputed charges with my bank over these fools! Avoid and go elsewhere! Breedloves hardware is across the street, Cash&Carry is down the street and there are many Lowes in easy driving distance. Completely incompetent staff inside the store! I have left the $45.98 worth of merchandise on the customer service counter and told them I will never set foot in the store again. I will spend my money across the street. Hope you go out of business! Avoid these crooks!!!

Been in store 4 times. Not one time has an marvins employee asked me if I need help in finding anything. Have to search on my own. Terrible customer service.3/22/22 . Went back into store looking for paint. Again no help from Marvin's employee. Left empty handed. I must love punishment to keep going back

When traveling I always stop at Marvin's in Andalusia. I love this store!!!One time i needed a receiving hitch, a lady name Kaylene help me and even installed it for me. What great service.

Long line and only 1 register open.....the equipment was in the way of the wood we were needing to load. The guy just stayed in the "shack" talking with a friend and we had to graph our lumber around their equipment....this store has gone down since the current manager took over.
