I recently purchased a bed set from the Andalusia, AL store for my mother-in-law who is 88 years young. With the help of Christy Fuller at the store, we were able to find what we wanted, purchase a set at a great price, and have it delivered plus setup the very next day. Great speedy service, great store, and a great bed. Thank you, Christy, for helping us find what my mother in law wanted and thanks so much to Mr. mattress for great prices and safe delivery.

I tried to wait as long as I could to allow these incompetent people enough time to fix their wrong and I will remove this review if and when they do fix it but here is my experience. Back in May my wife and I bought a very nice couch set for Mr mattress and home (over 3k) From the day they delivered it was broken from the frame and very shortly after the motor went out we have been back and forth and they never ever have any answers or information and they continuously lie about parts being ordered and on the way and never return my calls this has been going on for 6 months !!! Come on like it's obvious they don't care this has been going on for far too long I have never in my life dealt with people who honest to God don't care about the customer they have their money yet here I am with broken couch since day 1 with no effort on their part to find solutions no sense or urgency at all. I will never be coming back to this location.

Very poor customer service from christy in the store! Sold me a mattress and not once called me back to give update on it or anything. Joanne was the absolute best with calling me and making sure I got my mattress. Even went out of her way to pick up the mattress and deliver it to me. If you go to Mr. Mattress please Use Joanne!

We bought a mattress from them when I moved to University. The bed was great for a very short period. Despite numerous rotations, it is now two years old and features a cavern in the center of the mattress. Every night is an exhilarating journey of climbing the ravine and rolling or sliding back down. Back pain is the reward for a night of hard work. Despite the moral turmoil of selling faulty products without correction, I am sure the owners sleep better than I do. The only upside to this experience (other than the tremendous upward cliffs on either side of my mattress) is that I now have the pleasure of living the rest of my life without purchasing another mattress from them.

Great experience beginning with in store purchase to home delivery and set up!!! JoAnn was exceptionally helpful and informative in our decision making process. The delivery guys were punctual, friendly and made sure both beds were to our satisfaction before leaving. Would highly recommend contacting them for your next bedding purchase.
