Why would you close your pharmacy for everyone to take a lunch at the same time and close the pharmacy?

Mother had surgery and needed her prescriptions and the employee on the phone refused to help in any way, shape or form. If i could give less than one star I would

I get my prescriptions filled here, and shop in the store several times per month. The employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I used to get my prescriptions at 2 other pharmacies in town, and I much prefer CVS. They are faster getting my prescriptions ready, and willing to answer any questions that I have.
