We had to put our little guy down and even though it's over an hour drive, we wouldn't have wanted anyone other than Dr. Andrew. Him & his staff our amazing and made us feel comfortable in the decision we had to make. Can't thank them enough!

I can't say enough about these folks. They go above and beyond everytime we bring our Sadie in. I wouldn't think of taking our dog anywhere else. Superior service and true compassionate care.

I can't say enough about Dr. Nichols! I have never met a more caring veterinarian! Our little Bailey and one of our other dogs got in a fight and Bailey lost this time. It was a Friday evening in Andalusia and of course everyone is closed. I contacted Dr Nichols office and texted pics to an emergency number. Before Dr Nichols messaged back I left messages for every vet in town. I still haven't heard back from them. Dr Nichols was out of town and asked to send a pic of Bailey's eye. He told me we needed to get her to a pet emergency. We were already headed to Pensacola the ext day, so we loaded up the truck and headed to a pet emergency in Pensacola where they did surgery on her eye. It was because of Dr Nichols caring enough to respond that let us know we couldn't wait till morning. The surgery went well. We came back to Andalusia the Saturday before memorial day. After we got back she seemed to not be feeling good. We called Dr Nichols office and as you could imagine they were booked up for the day. I asked them to speak to Dr Nichols for us and he asked me to send a picture. He saw she had an ulcer on her eye. He said "we will see her." They asked that we bring her and leave her. He found some of the medicine she was on had a side effect that caused the ulcer and the pain from it. It is just 2 days later and she is doing wonderful! I have no doubt Dr Nichols saved Bailey's eye. This Dr cares! He communicates and he adjusts to take care of our pets! I read a couple reviews complaining that they had to wait longer than their appointment time. I am sure that was because he was taking care of an emergency. That is the kind of Dr I want to take care of the pets we love! Thanks for caring Dr Nichols! You were such a blessing to us!

I took male cat to be neutered. They're very friendly and they keep in touch with you to let you know how your pet came through surgery and are very kind people.
