Angie was very knowledgeable and was a great help. Disappointed that she showed us a bed we were sold on to then be told they don’t carry the bed anymore. (Not her fault) however she was helpful with finding a bed and all the other furniture we needed. This would be the first place we go to for furniture from now on. Large show room so plenty to pick from.

The customer service in the store was great! The selections are beautiful and various things to choose from to fit our budget. The delivery people were also great! Very pleased with our couch and coffee table! Wish I could go on a shopping spree there!

Friendly staff, listened to what we were looking for and took us right to it. Delivery men were clean, courteous and placed our purchase were we wanted it. Also removed the old one to the back yard for us. Very pleased with the service all around.

Buyer beware, we purchased a reclining couch and recliner in August. Upon delivery of said couch it was discovered the USB charger center did not work. This apparently was not verified if everything worked before delivery. We called and they sent someone out to look at it just to say yup doesn’t work. Well now we’re in November. Part has supposedly been ordered since august. Never once have they called from the store to update us on the parts or expected delivery of the parts. We have had to call them every two or three weeks. We were promised on the last call around oct 12 that it would be in around 2 weeks from then. Still no part or call. I think I have given ample time and understanding. Customer service does not exist. They were eager to take my 3500 dollars but not so eager to fix my furniture. I do understand that sometimes things happen and parts do not work by no fault of their own but it should be priority to make it right. This sadly has not been the case here. Will not recommend and will never do business with again.

Lady who I dealt with was clueless. They had the same entertainment center as another local dealer and it was $600.00 more. I asked if they price matched and they said if it was the same thing they would. Totally understandable. I had the name wrong name but the lady still wouldn't look it up to verify. Thier loss. Bought it at Farmers Furniture.

Looking for either a large wide recliner or small loveseat, and we quickly found the perfect choice for our camp. Very helpful and they offered a wide range of great choices here.
