I wish I could leave this liar a 0 rating! Not only once but Jamie Dixon lied to my face twice. I will never use this liar again n suggest no one else does unless u want to spend extra money down the road. I went in to have tires installed on my Ram. Once he was done, one of my Psi sensors didn't work. He told me that Rams take a few hrs to register after tire change. I called the next day n told him it still isn't reading. They all worked great before I brought it in. He told me the battery probably died or to weak when i brought it. He said he would fix it for $60. I had new tires installed last week , The sensor was completely broken off. He knew they had broken it n instead of making it right, he lied straight to my face about it. Less than a year, I had to order new tires because the tires he ordered were junk. After he installed them, they shook around 55+ mph. I turned around n he drove it down the road. He told me to drive it 2000 miles and should go away. It didn't only got worse. I couldn't get him to order new because I drove it 2000 miles. That's what I get for thinking I could trust who I thought was a good person.

I live in Snead and needed a local tire shop. A buddy recommended Dixon after I mentioned the high quote I got from another place. Jamie at Dixon got me in and out in one day for a much lower price. Highly recommend their service!

This was the first service center my mom and I went to after moving to Alabama. It's a place where the local guys go to gossip and drink coffee in the morning while their vehicle gets worked on. The owner, I believe he's the owner, seems gruff but I'm pretty sure he's nothing but an old softie.
