Always the bathroom out of order

People during the day are very nice and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend correcting your hours to reflect the fact that your not a 24 hour gas station if you can't use the register for long stretches (30 to 45 min) every night. Then some one walks into the store, gathers the things they would like to purchase puts them onto the counter, waits for someone who was in the parking lot and saw them walk in to then come tell them they are closed they can't use the register for another 20 something min.

The store is always clean. Kathy who works in the early mornings is always very friendly, always laughing and smiling, which is very refreshing. My only complaint with the store is that the soda fountain machine has absolutely no carbonation. The soda's are always two sugary syrupy and flat.

My boss went to purchase a large amount of diesel and while he was waiting to get this purchase he was hungry and wanted a slice a pizza. He wanted fresh pizza and the lady told him she had just put the slices that were out only a few minutes earlier which was a lie. The customer should have the choice in whether or not they want old pizza or fresh pizza. The customer should always be right, but not in this case. The cashier insisted that the customer is not always right. Very rude lady. We do a lot of business there. PLEASE SHAPE UP

The young lady that was working was on the store’s phone the whole time while attending to customers and checking out 4 other customers. She stayed on the phone. Holding it up with her shoulder. And never got off. After the store cleared out she was still on the store’s phone and never missed a beat. That to me was rude. She should never been on the phone handling any business whatsoever. And made 5 different transactions!!

They never answer the phone and when I come in the store and let them know that I have been trying to call they say that they were outside smoking and that's fine I get it but the phone should be able to reach right beside the building so I don't understand why they wouldn't be able to take it with them if there isn't any one in the store to answer it

Wanted to order a pizza. Been trying to call the store since 7:09 and first it would just ring. An hour later it is a busy signal. Seems as if they took the phone off the hook. It’s now 9:34 and it’s still busy. They will do anything to get outta doing any kinda work. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!

The cashier was the only upside to this Mapco; she was nice. I imagine there are better bathrooms in a burned-down abandoned building. I started to buy a pack of gummies candy, but they felt like jawbreakers in the bag.

Carrie fields made the best pizza. I love this store, I use to go to Dobisins for my pizza on count of the fact that it is closer to my home. However, one day was taking my niece home from her Dr appointment in Talladega and stopped by the store for some drinks smelled the pizza and decided to get a few slices and it is the best pizza. I don't know what she's doing different to it but it is better then Dobisins
